Freshness is part of correctness
A metric may be numerically right but no longer current. Dashboards should make update timing and data scope easy to inspect. This is an editorial design consideration, not a claim about the platform’s exact refresh schedule.
Retrieval does not guarantee truth
An SOP-based answer still needs checks for document relevance, source version and whether the evidence supports the conclusion.
Test the difficult queries
Good evaluation material includes conflicting policies, missing sources and questions outside the document set. The right response may be a qualified answer or escalation, not a confident completion.
